You are granted a non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be used for personal, non-commercial and non-profit needs.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on one system only.
  • The purchased product can be utilized only by the person this product is registered to.
  • This License cannot be shared or used concurrently on different systems or by different individuals.
  • Each individual must purchase a separate license for the product to use it.
 
Commercial / Business License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on one system only.
  • This License cannot be used concurrently on more than one system.
  • The purchased product can be utilized only by the person this product is registered to.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
Unlimited Commercial / Business License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on unlimited compatible systems within the Licensee’s Company.
  • The purchased product can be utilized by unlimited users/developers at a time, provided they all are the employees of the Licensee’s Company.
  • This License cannot be used outside the Licensee’s Company.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
1 Developer License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on one system only.
  • This License cannot be used concurrently on more than one system.
  • The purchased product can be utilized only by the person this product is registered to.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
5 Developer License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on up to five compatible systems within the Licensee’s Company.
  • The purchased product can be utilized by up to five users/developers at a time, provided they all are the employees of the Licensee’s Company.
  • This License cannot be used concurrently on more than five systems.
  • This License cannot be used outside the Licensee’s Company.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
10 Developer License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on up to ten compatible systems within the Licensee’s Company.
  • The purchased product can be utilized by up to ten users/developers at a time, provided they all are the employees of the Licensee’s Company.
  • This License cannot be used concurrently on more than ten systems.
  • This License cannot be used outside the Licensee’s Company.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
Unlimited Developer License
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product under the following conditions:
  • This License can be installed and used by the Licensee for commercial purposes and in business environment. The output produced with the help of this License can be used for money-earning.
  • The Licensee may install and use the purchased product on unlimited compatible systems within the Licensee’s Company.
  • The purchased product can be utilized by unlimited users/developers at a time, provided they all are the employees of the Licensee’s Company.
  • This License cannot be used outside the Licensee’s Company.
  • The Licensee may not transfer the rights for this License to any other company or individual.
 
You may NOT, i.e. you are forbidden by the copyright of B.E.I.C. ELECTRONICS to
  • Sublicense, Rent or Lease any portion of the product.
  • Reverse engineer, Decompile, Disassemble, Modify, Translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the product, or create derivative works from the product; or
  • Use any modified binaries (executables) of the product (executables that are modified or cracked) or use any unlock keys that were not supplied to you by B.E.I.C. ELECTRONICS or one of its resellers.
